In honor of International Women’s Day weekend, Tulsa Girl Power is hosting a workshop focused on salary + raise negotiation strategies for women who are ready to advocate for themselves.
If you’ve ever felt underpaid, nervous asking for more, or unsure what to say in that conversation, this space is for you.
In this workshop, we’ll:
Practice real negotiation language you can actually use
Break down strategies for raises + salary offers
Learn how to respond to pushback with confidence
Talk transparency, and preparation
This is a practical workshop built for women who want tools they can walk out and use immediately.
